How might we get people excited about using new technology to explore nature in their own backyard?

Professional bird watchers spend inordinate amounts of money on high end photography equipment to get the best shots of birds. As part of a new venture exploration for DXLab Design, I helped design a product and business model focused on reducing barriers to entry for weekend tinkerers and backyard bird watchers.
